Saitek’s PS27 Cyborg Evo Force Joystick has a fully customizable head and stick so both left- and right-handers can maximize their comfort and playability. The 3 position handle adjusts to fit all hand sizes. The wide base keeps the stick stable during even the most violent flight maneuvers.
The 5 fire buttons, 2 shift buttons and 4 base buttons and dual 8-way hat switches are programmable using the Saitek Smart Technology software. The single spring gimbal mechanism automatically centers the stick. You can also twist the stick for fast, intuitive rudder control.
But the best feature is Immersion’s Touchsense force feedback technology. This lets you feel the wind buffeting your wings, each bullet that you didn’t quite dodge and the recoil from your guns as you shoot the enemy down in revenge.

Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: all the lights and a good amount of buttons
Cons: none really, except that after more than a year of having it, a buttong broke off on the top of the joystick, but i figured something like that would happen
Saitek Cyborg Evo Force Drivers Windows 7
Overall Review: good joystick for people who just want to buy a joystick and play, instead of going out and buying a joystick that costs more than $100
Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: the force feedback of it makes u feel whats going on without it u cant tell if ur pulling up or down stalling and taking high or low Gs
Cons: the centering i would really like a joystick with the X52 pro electronic sensors than the mechanical ones but just adjusting the deadzones higher than they should for X and Rudder makes it centered
Overall Review: the only thing this lacks is a seperate throttle stick i couldnt find anything cheaper than at least 100 dollars for a stand alone im not sure if a HOTAS is really worth it but considering i have 3 monitors and a TrackIR4 to not get the hotas would mean im totally not playing the way it should be played
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: Decent force feedback joystick. Centering works fine once you turn it up.
Cons: It's got bright blue LED's in it! I didn't buy a joystick to look at it, and I often play with the lights off. Perry the platypus game. I'm knocking off a star because I wouldn't have gotten this joystick if I'd known it'd fallen prey to the blue light craze.
As usual with my shorter fingers, some of the buttons are hard to reach.
Overall Review: As yet I haven't gotten annoyed enough with it to tear it apart and take out the LEDs.
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Doesn't anyone make a reliable joystick?10/28/2008 10:07:11 AM
Pros: Nice feel, works for left or right handed players. Buttons in convenient spots and easy to operate when ' in="" the="" thick="" of="" things'.="" base="" pretty="" stable.="">
Cons: Reliability is lousy. Mine lasted only three months. RMA's through Saitek (which is a TOTAL pain - I was without the thing for almost a month). Now the replacement is starting to flake out in the same way- it will randomly stop providing input to the computer, light turns on and off, mechanism of the joystick starts binding and buttons on top work unreliably.
Overall Review: I've tried Saitek, I've tried Logitech. Does anyone make a reliable joystick? All these things are is plastic and some microswitches. How come keyboards, mice and so on last for years and yet brand after brand, model after model of joysticks don't last?
Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Pros: Feels solid, and has force feedback. The configurable Deadzones option was really nice.
Cons: Not the best joystick I've ever used. I do miss the Sidewinders now and then.
Overall Review: A note to those who claim there isn't a Calibration: The moment you open the driver/configuration program that lets you test the axes and the buttons, it's calibrating. Every movement to the extremes of the joystick's limits seems to affect how the centering results- and it's not just because of auto-centering issues. I quickly realized it was calibrating on-the-fly, and I will admit it is very weird. I'm not even sure if it only calibrates while the configuration program is open.
I may have to try other current Force Feedback sticks to compare, though. But I will admit that there's nothing like a Sidewinder anymore. A shame Microsoft's shifted their hardware work entirely to 360.
Ownership: 1 day to 1 week
Pros: None
Cons: You name it, this is a peace of juck.
Overall Review: I tried this stick on three computers. I downloaded new driver. One machine was running Vista SP1, the other two were XP SP2 and SP3. The stick cannot be calabrate there is no option for this. It jumps around all over the place. When you think you got this taken care of any FF signal starts it all over again. Please stay away from this product.
Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: its good in all for the price.
Cons: my problem is that the rudder is broken it will turn to the right in the middle of a game bf1942/bf2. but when i test it it says that it is working fine
Saitek Cyborg Evo
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: https://renewpm727.weebly.com/blog/download-free-wamp-server. This stick could have been one of the best sticks on the market if it were not for Saitek beeing cheap and shoddy.
Saitek Cyborg Evo Joystick Driver
Cons: Ive been through 3 of these sticks (none from newegg, newegg rox) And every one of them had problems with the 3d twist getting stuck to one side. Saitek will not adress the problem and their forums are full of complaints about this.
Overall Review: Really angered as im left handed and dont have much choice in sticks...for the first few hours where this thing actually worked (all 3 times) it was amazing, the force feedback is really good and feels like it should then...then it goes belly up and rudder gets stuck
